Individual and Career Counseling (45 - 50 min) - 90.00
Couples Counseling (70-75 min) - 140.00
Full Time Students - 45.00
Other licensed helping professionals - 60.00

Stand-Alone MBTI Assessment/Interpretation (2 sessions) - $210.00


Hours
Fridays between 7:30 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.  Some weekend appointments may be available.

Insurance
I accept short-term referrals from Employee Assistance Programs, including:

• Behavioral Health Systems
• American Behavioral
• Horizon Health
• ACI, Inc.

Once the sessions that are covered by the EAP are completed, you will be required to pay for the services.  We can negotiate an acceptable rate for you if you can not afford the regular fee, or I can do my best to help you identify another provider who is covered by your insurance policy.

Reduced Fee
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.

Payment
Please prepare your payment in advance, prior to session, and pay at the beginning of the session.  This is easiest for me since I don't have a receptionist.  I accept checks and/or exact cash.

Cancellation Policy
Payment will be required for sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.  If the cost of your visit is being covered by a third party, you will owe the amount that I am normally paid by that entity.
